ElsewhereOne plan
Elsewhere is one plan at $20 a month. It covers every device on your account, wherever you started it.
A new account can try it free for 7 days. You need a plan to connect. Someone you help doesn't need one.
If you started on the website
Sign in at elsewhere.is and open your account page. Under Subscription, choose Manage billing to change your card, see invoices, or cancel.
On a Mac, Manage in Elsewhere's Settings > Account opens the same page.
If a payment fails, the page says so and offers Update card. During a trial, we email you about two days before the first charge.
If you started on iPhone or iPad
Apple bills you. In Elsewhere, open Settings and tap Manage subscription. Or open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Your account page shows these plans too, with a link to manage them in the App Store.
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases.
Canceling
Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and a trial you cancel is never charged.
We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
Don't pay twice
A plan from either place covers everything, so you never need both. If you're charged twice, cancel one where you started it, and write to hello@elsewhere.is.
