If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel there first. Deleting your account doesn't stop Apple's billing.
A plan you started on the website ends when you delete.
On the website
- Sign in at elsewhere.is and open your account page.
- Under Account, choose Delete account.
- Choose Delete account again to confirm.
If you signed in more than a day ago, sign out and back in first. The page tells you when.
In the iPhone app
Open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm. If you signed in more than a day ago, we email you a code to confirm with.
The Mac app doesn't delete accounts. On a Mac, use the website.
What happens
- Every device signs out, and your computers stop answering.
- Your account, devices, sign-in history, session records, and the log of emails we sent you are deleted.
- We keep billing records for as long as tax law requires.
